CareCulture Health Partners is a Dallas-based emergency and hospital medicine management services start-up. Their mission is to disrupt the transactional healthcare management industry while building a boutique staffing and management company.


Full-Service Start-Up Branding and Marketing

They were looking for marketing partners with industry experience to build their brand from the ground up and design a marketing and business development strategy to establish a brand footprint and secure 3-5 contracts in one year. They needed brand standards, a website, marketing collateral, sales proposals, and ongoing marketing lead generation support.

CareCulture’s goal was to disrupt the transactional nature of the ED and HM staffing and management industry to build a brand based on transforming the culture of healthcare for the better. They wanted a brand that set them apart.

STRATEGY & SaLes Support

We applied our knowledge of CareCulture’s position in the market place and their target audience to establish brand messaging and a multi-channel marketing strategy. We worked closely with the sales team to set growth goals and create collateral and content to support the sale team’s efforts. In addition, we wrote and designed proposals and sales presentations.


CareCulture’s people-first message resonated well at in-person events, so we made tradeshows a pillar of our first-year marketing strategy. In addition to designing booth displays, ordering giveaways, and managing tradeshow logistics we launched a strategy to secure speaking engagements at industry shows.


First, we applied our knowledge of physician management services marketing and CareCulture’s goals to create a brand that truly set CareCulture apart as a culture-focused, boutique provider in the industry. We then launched that brand with a combination of Google pay per click and display advertising, SEO, and a direct mail campaign.  


Based on CareCulture’s target audience and growth goals, we designed a content marketing strategy that leveraged email marketing, a paid whitepaper promotion campaign with a leading industry publication, and blogging.
