Slabtown Marketing was founded in the Slabtown neighborhood of Traverse City, Michigan. “Slabtown” is an old neighborhood nickname, related to its logging-town roots. We also appreciate its symbolic ties to concepts like grit, hard work, and building things that stand the test of time.

Our experience spans B2B to B2C and everywhere in between, but our sweet spot is healthcare organizations. We are well-versed in helping healthcare companies hone their message and focus their marketing efforts on channels that will deliver the best ROI. No matter what type of project we’re working on, we always start with our start-up process which includes understanding where you’ve been and where you want to go and why. We then get to know your leadership and team members to learn more about what makes you and your target audience tick. We always prioritize discovery and goal setting at the outset, because any marketing not based on a deep knowledge of your business goals and your audience is sure to fall flat.
